Grade 3 Up–The authors of the bestselling Rich Dad, Poor Dad attempt to teach financial intelligence to children through colorful cartoon images and cute animal characters. However, the lessons are more suitable for high school students. The authors tell readers to minimize their liabilities such as credit-card debt while building assets, such as starting their own businesses. Examples of the latter include charging classmates to read their comic books or for borrowing their bicycles. The lessons encourage "financial intelligence," but seem to discourage readers from getting a traditional job and fail to mention the hard work and long hours involved in running one's own business. Keltie Thomas's The Kids Guide to Money Cent$ (Kids Can, 2004) and Jamie Kyle McGillian's The Kids' Money Book (Sterling, 2003) offer far better advice.–Karen T. my kids ages 10 and 11 liked this book, but seemed to think it was geared toward kids a bit younger than them.
the book is in comic book form, is easy to read, and tells a similar story to the book "rich dad poor dad".
I think my kids liked the audiobook of "rich dad poor dad" a bit better than this though.

The Greatest Comic Book EVER!!!

After reading this book a couple of times, my 9 year old daughter is speaking much differently about money. Her consciousness about money is shifting. It is great to hear my children speak differently about money than I did as a child. She is already thinking in terms of assets. Very COOL. Being in comic book format made her really excited to read it.

Slow start, but message of entrepreneurialism is spot on

A little slow to start with. The only part I would disagree with, is that education is very important to be able to a) secure enough understanding to be able to recognise opportunities when they present themselves, and also to then make the most of them.
b ) to get a reasonable employment to have some funds or credit behind you to embark on some of the entrepreneurial activities that Robert quite rightly advocates.
