Anthony Molland, MSc, PhD, CEng, FRINA is Emeritus Professor of Ship Design at the University of Southampton. It should be better

It is an encyclopedic book that talks about everything and says very little about each topic.
There are typos too.
You will not learn much, unless you consult the references.
It is not as useful as PNA, but they cover primarely the same subjects.
The price is high, so think twice before buying it.

This book is a gift!

I think this book is very interesting. A perfect reference book for naval architects and marine engineers. Therefore, I have bought this book in order to give it to my teacher from University of Sao Paulo in Brazil - Dept of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering.
